Ok, it’s really a variant of a SNPA (Sierra Nevada Pale Ale) clone, but toned down in gravity to 5% as everything I’ve made recently has been a bit stronger (Sour Times aside).
Based on this receipe kit from The Malt Miller, but I bought the ingredients and carelessly got Pale Crystal Malt instead of the standard colour stuff, so I’ve added in my remaining Caramunich III from Disco Mystic to bring the colour back up again.

Comments:
I’m only brewing to a keg’s worth, so everything is a bit scaled down from my normal quantities. Hardness measured at 228ppm, so treatment is 35ml CRS, 9.9g gypsum, 2.1g CaCl, 3.3g epsom, 0.9g salt.
2015-07-25: OG is 1.046 at 23.5 litres, which is a little more than expected for efficiency but under in gravity and over in volume. I was rather expecting that when I measured my pre-boil volume. Need a few more of these keg-length brews before I get the numbers nailed down… Smells quite SNPA like.
