Middle G 1011 -moved to secondary on Sat 10 Apr 2010
FG 1011 – bottled Sat 17 Apr 2010 with 2 tsp sugar in each litre bottle. Bit messy, and suck to syphon, so poss. contamination.
ABV: 5.6%
Need to find a better way to bottle!
Idea: drilled a 25mm hole in 5l water bottle lid -fits the original fermenter tap perfectly. Just need to transfer the little bottler tap onto it when needed (buy a new one so it’s not in use!)
